Simple chocolate shake

This is the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert when you’re craving something creamy and chocolate! Plus it is so simple.

Ingredients:

1/2 or 1 ripe frozen banana

1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1tsp cacao nibs

Optional is 1tsp chia seeds for an energy boost and/or a handful of spinach for extra greens
 

I use Nature’s Bounty complete protein & vitamin chocolate shake mix.

If you want a thicker consistency for a healthy ice cream, just add less almond milk.
